RMA procedure for returns
As a manufacturer of high-end alarm and security systems, Securiton provides its customers with the highest level of quality. Nevertheless, as is the case everywhere technology is permanently deployed, repairs to our systems may become necessary.
Securiton has installed an RMA procedure for this eventuality. This ensures a smooth processing of returns.
For this reason, we would ask you to request an RMA number from us prior to returning any articles. This will help us ensure that your returns are processed in a timely manner. Thank you for your assistance.
In respect of the RMA process, please note that there is a choice of 3 Securiton locations for returns.
